Entry Regulation to Koh Samui (Updated on 1st October 2021) 

Samui Plus guidelines for fully vaccinated tourists against COVID-19

• Travelers need to stay one night in Sha+ hotel on Koh Samui; then, after the first result is out, they can move to SHA+ hotel on Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. During the stay, you can move a maximum of 3 properties. After 7 nights, if the second test is negative, the travelers can transfer to other parts of Thailand.
• Tourists must install Thailand Plus application (please download application and register with COE number prior to travelling)
• Morchana application (please download application and register prior to travelling)
• Scan QR code : Samui health pass (on the travelling date to USM)
• After waiting for the test result in your hotel room on first arrival (Day 0) and the result is negative, you can travel freely within Ko Samui, Ko Tao and Ko Pha-ngan
• The second test will be on day five if you stay in Koh Phangan or Koh Tao. If you stay in Koh Samui, then you can do a second test on day 6. All required testing must be booked and prepaid through your first hotel.
